Warranty

All products sold are covered by a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. In the event that a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, High Ready System will repair or replace the product at no charge (If not repairable).

This warranty does not cover:

Products that were used in other than normal and customary manner.

Products that were misused.

Products that were dissembled, altered, modified, or repaired by the customer or a party other than High Ready System.

Damage, defects, or failures resulting from use that would be construed by any reasonable person as normal and expected “wear and tear.”

Return Policy

All sales are final. However, if you receive a product that is dead on arrival (DOA), you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. To request a return, please contact our customer service team at support@highreadysystem.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that products that have been opened or tampered with will not be eligible for return or warranty coverage. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide you with an exchange for a product of equal value.
