The product was received with a damaged lower switch.The right tube didn't work properly on initial power up and operational check. Luckily I was able to figure out where the spring and u shaped piece of metal were supposed to be and not rattling around in the switch housing.Im a bit disappointed with the Final product Quality Assurance Inspection not finding and fixing defects. The unit now fully works. Night vision is good but the Thermal is great in no light. I would have given a good rating if it had arrived undamaged. More to follow.
