Sony STARVIS™ starlight CMOS image sensors offer good low-light sensitivity and NIR (near-infrared) capabilities, which have a minimum illumination rating of 0.001 lux. This means that the image sensor can capture usable images in very low-light conditions, such as moonlight or starlight.

F1.0 lenses, which are designed to reduce glare or reflection, permit the full spectrum of visible light and IR/NIR to pass through.

Sony OLED screens with a white phosphor filter allow the user to observe more detail and reduce eye fatigue.

1:1 imaging allows the user to operate in the dark with confidence.

Adjustable eyepieces accommodate users with different eye shapes and visual acuity.

Powered by 2 x 3V/1500mAh CR123A batteries (NOT included), which can provide around 45 minutes runtime. An external battery pack (Included as promotion) with 4 x 1.5V/1500mAh AA batteries can provide extra 3 hours or longer (With 4 x high-capacity rechargeable 1.5V AA batteries).

** HRS-31 has no built-in IR flashlight and doesn't emit any IR signal either **

Any commercial 5V power bank can be used to power the unit for up to 24 hours (USB to DC power cable required, ETA is end of May 2024, or order from Amazon)

SP1 edition comes with a MINI DVR video recorder. The recorder has built in battery that would last around 1.5-2 hours each charge and records near 720P video (No sound). The recorder can be used with the battery pack as counter-weight.
